REFLECTION: BACKPACK

Cote et Ciel - Rucksack

    While reflecting back on a backpack design exercise, I realized that majority of the backpacks that we designed had similar attributes of a convenient backpack for students. Although most of the functions discussed were useful, some of the functions were not really necessary. This backpack by Cote et Ciel is far from the typical backpack, but yet it contains most of the functions that our class described that an ideal backpack should have. This unique design helped me realize that there are several different ways to design something and we should always be aware while we are designing to avoid creating something that is generic.
